Welcome to the exciting journey of upgrading your Occudule account! We're here to guide you smoothly through each step so you can enjoy additional features and benefits in no time.
Step 1: Access Your Profile
- Tap the Profile icon at the top right corner of the home page.
- Select Subscription from the menu.
Step 2: Explore the Plan Options
- Tap on View & Change Plans to explore the variety of options we offer.
- Choose a plan that fits your needs:
- Premium Monthly
- Premium Yearly
- Diamond Monthly
- Diamond Yearly
Each plan comes with its own set of features, so take your time to review and find what best suits your needs.
Step 3: Secure Your Plan
- Tap Continue to proceed with the payment.
- Rest assured, your payment is processed securely through Apple App's trusted services. We never store your banking information!
Step 4: Confirm Your Purchase
You'll see a confirmation message saying, “Your purchase was successful.” Simply click OK to move on.
Step 5: Sync Your Email for Seamless Integration
With your upgraded plan, it's time to sync your email for seamless event tracking:
- You'll notice a Success message reminding you to reconnect your email. Tap Open Profile.
- On the User Profile page, find Email Account (for syncing) under Syncing | Integration.
- Follow the easy prompts to grant Occudule access to your calendar.
- A final message will confirm “Your email account is linked for syncing.”
